Jot grew up in the family insurance business before working in insurance investment banking at Goldman Sachs and private equity at Apollo and TPG. He holds an MBA from Wharton and leads corporate development and operations at A Squared. His background helps him understand the financial decisions behind a client's insurance needs.
Account Manager
Khansa has worked at leading insurance agencies, helping clients navigate coverage questions and day-to-day service needs. At A Squared, she coordinates submissions, policy changes and certificates, follows up with insurers and keeps clients informed.

Karim advises hotel owners, property owners and other commercial businesses. He previously led HUB International’s cross-border hospitality practice and now leads the Canadian brokerage's real estate and hospitality practice.

Thuan specializes in real estate and hospitality insurance, with experience designing coverage and arranging placement for commercial clients. He advises on Canadian insurance matters when clients have operations on both sides of the border.
Karim Chandani and Thuan Nguyen work through Armour Insurance Brokers Ltd., our sister brokerage in Canada. They handle Canadian insurance matters. U.S. insurance advice and placement are provided through A Squared by personnel licensed in the applicable U.S. jurisdiction.
